I wonder if you did a driver only install, w/o the rest of the software? I recently purchase a PRO-100, and when I installed from the included software disk the Canon ICC profiles are in the software. I mean, come on - "try printing using My Image Garden"? I've had two email exchanges with Canon support and their responses have been not too helpful. So my first question is: in a normal installation, should I see profiles for Canon Pro Luster, Canon Premium Pro Glossy, etc in my profiles folder?Īnd assuming the answer to the above is 'yes', any ideas on why they are not there, or where to go get them?
